Communications Lead Role – Key Requirements/Activities:

Develop Existing Detailed Communication Strategies and Plan: Build on and implement the existing communication plans to support implementation, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.

Create Communication Materials: Design and produce a variety of communication materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and updates, tailored to different audiences within ESCC.

Manage Communication Channels: Oversee and manage all communication channels (intranet, email campaigns, workshops, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to the implementation.

Feedback Collection and Reporting: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from employees and stakeholders, and report insights to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Assist with Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management and Champions Network:

Crisis and Issue Communication: Develop contingency communication plans to address challenges, resistance, or issues arising during and post implementation.
