Technical ERP support The Butterfly Group expansion

Technical ERP have recently completed a successful implementation of Xero reporting complimented with Calxa Reporting suite for The Butterfly Group, a group of companies providing care services in North Somerset.

Calxa was implemented to fill a void in Xero that doesn’t allow cross entity reporting. This included creating combined Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets and cash flow forecasts in Calxa as well as individual actual vs forecast and aged debtors and creditors reports for the individual entities in Xero. These have been built and scheduled to run automatically and distribute to the relevant accounting team and directors.

The implementation included the set up of users on Calxa, some user training and full process documentation to support the future expansion of the group and their accounting teams.
